CAPE FEAR DIVE CENTER GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES
Charter Booking & Cancellation Policy: We required that the charter be secured
by credit card. We can use one card or use each divers card. We will not run the
card until after the dive is completed. We required a 72 hour notification from
the booking diver if he or she needs to cancel the dive. The cancellation notice
must be made by phone and you must speak to a representative of Cape Fear Dive Center.
You will be billed the full amount if you failed to notify us within the 72 hour
period. Please be aware that we will do everything possible to honor your request
of the dive location, but sometimes the weather dictates where and if we will be
diving. If weather dictates we change dive locations, adjustments will be made to
those changes. We will do everything possible to notify you in advance of any changes
that occur with the weather and requested dive site. If we have to cancel the dive
you will be charged nothing and any and all money made as a deposit will be refunded.
Upon booking the boat you will receive an e-mail on the total costs and this will
serve as a contract for the booking.
