Julep Gillman-Bryan |
Julep is a PADI Master SCUBA Diver Trainer, Emergency First Response Instructor, DAN Oxygen Provider Instructor, SCUBA repair technician, and a US Coast Guard licensed captain. She is a graduate of the Cape Fear Community College Marine Technology Program and has worked for the NC Underwater Archaeology Branch since 1986, serving as a Marine Technician, Research Vessel Captain, and Diving Safety Officer. An experienced underwater photographer she has taken countless offshore photos recreationally and professionally, including most of the underwater photographs on the Queen Anne's Revenge shipwreck site. |

Chris Southerly |
As a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Emergency First Response Instructor, DAN Instructor, and equipment repair technician, Chris teaches classes from Discover SCUBA through Divemaster. He has instructor ratings in a wide range of standard and distinctive specialties. In addition to recreational diving, Chris has been an AAUS scientific/working diver for over ten years and currently works as the Chief Archaeologist and Diving Safety Supervisor for the Queen Anne's Revenge Shipwreck Project with the NC Underwater Archaeology Branch. He also assists with diver training at the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. |

Tiffany Lewis |
Tiffany is a PADI Open Water SCUBA Instructor, Emergency First Response Instructor, and is certified to teach a variety of specialty courses. She is a marine biology graduate student at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, studying Caribbean reef sponges. She spends much of her time doing research dives in the Bahamas and Florida Keys. She has diving experience on the west coast, Mexico, the Caribbean, and North Carolina. Tiffany loves to teach SCUBA to all ages and skill levels finding it rewarding to help transform landlubbers into confident SCUBA divers.
